- 500 grams chicken
- 3 large onions
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste salt
- 1 cup water
Method

Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.

Add sliced onions (keep one for garnish) and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add chicken pieces and sauté until they are no longer pink.

Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
