Ingredients

  • 250 grams dry Chinese wheat noodles
  • 200 grams ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons sesame paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 scallions scallions
