Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 litre milk
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup oil
Method

Mix the eggs, milk and oil together.

Add the flour gradually, whisking well all the time.

Place a little oil in the pancake pan and heat.
- 4
Add a little of the mixture to the pan and swirl it around to make it even.

Turn the pancake over and cook briefly.
