Ingredients

  • 4 pieces fresh crayfish
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste pinch salt

Method

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

    Add the crayfish to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.

    Remove the crayfish and let them cool slightly before splitting them in half lengthwise.
