- 200 ml plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice blend
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 400 grams crushed tomatoes
- 100 ml coconut cream or heavy cream

In a bowl, mix the cubed chicken with yogurt and tikka masala spice blend. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.

Pour in the crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
