- 500 g boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cilantro

In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.

Stir in the canned tomatoes, sugar, and cook for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Reduce the heat, then add the heavy cream and mix well. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
