Ingredients

  • 1 kg whole chicken
  • 2 tablespoons mustard oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 lemon juice

Method

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

    In a bowl, mix mustard oil, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and lemon juice to form a marinade.
