- 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mix of red and green)
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- salt to taste salt
Method

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Add the cubed chicken and cook until it is browned on all sides.

Mix in the chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften.

Add the sliced bell peppers and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until they are tender yet crisp.

Sprinkle the garam masala and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

Serve hot with naan or rice.
