- 200 grams flat rice noodles
- 100 grams prawns, peeled and deveined
- 50 grams Chinese sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 2 stalks chives, chopped
Method

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.

Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the sliced Chinese sausage and prawns to the pan, stir-frying until the prawns are cooked through.

Push the ingredients to one side of the pan and pour the beaten egg into the cleared side. Scramble the egg until just set.
