- 2 tablespoons black tea leaves
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 4 pods green cardamom, crushed

In a pot, bring the water to a boil over medium heat.

Add the grated ginger, crushed cardamom, and cinnamon stick to the boiling water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the black tea leaves and continue to simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

Add the sugar and stir until dissolved, then pour in the whole milk.
