- 500 grams fresh white fish (such as sea bass or halibut)
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 medium fresh chili pepper (such as ají limo or jalapeño)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 cup corn (cooked)
Method

In a large bowl, combine the diced fish with the lime juice. The fish should be fully submerged in the juice.

Allow the fish to marinate in the lime juice for about 10-15 minutes until it turns opaque.

Add the thinly sliced red onion, chopped chili pepper, chopped cilantro, and salt to the marinated fish. Mix gently.

Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt or lime juice if desired.
