Ingredients

  • 500 grams fresh white fish (such as sea bass or halibut)
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 medium fresh chili pepper (such as ají limo or jalapeño)
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 cup corn (cooked)

Method

    In a large bowl, combine the diced fish with the lime juice. The fish should be fully submerged in the juice.
