  • 500 grams clean squid
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 500 ml olive oil
  • 1 lemon fresh lemon wedges
