  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 medium beet
  • 1 medium potato
  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • salt and pepper to taste seasoning

Method
