Ingredients

  • 2 liters water
  • 200 grams beetroot
  • 100 grams carrots
  • 100 grams celery
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 100 ml white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 bunch fresh dill

Method

    In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.

    Add the diced beetroot, carrots, and celery to the boiling water.
