Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk powder
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tablespoon rose water

Method

    In a non-stick pan, heat the ghee on low flame.

    Add the milk powder and sugar to the ghee, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

    Once the mixture is well combined and slightly toasted, add the condensed milk and cardamom powder.

    Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan, about 10-15 minutes.

    Stir in the chopped nuts and rose water, mixing well.

    Pour the mixture into a greased tray and spread evenly using a spatula.
