- 500 g potatoes
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic

In a pot, boil the soaked cod for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool, and then flake the cod into pieces, removing any bones.

Add the flaked cod to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Season with black pepper and nutmeg if desired.
