  • 2 kg beef short ribs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh oregano
  • 3 pieces bell peppers
  • 1 kg potatoes

Method

    Begin by preparing the beef short ribs. Rub them with salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated short ribs on the grill.
