- 4 cups water
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sugar

Wash the arrowroot tubers thoroughly and peel them.

Cut the peeled arrowroots into small, even-sized cubes.

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.
