Ingredients

  • 1 kg arrowroot tubers
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar

    Wash the arrowroot tubers thoroughly and peel them.

    Cut the peeled arrowroots into small, even-sized cubes.

    In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

    Add the diced arrowroots to the boiling water and cook for about 30-40 minutes, or until they are tender.
