- 3 1/2 cups cake flour
- 500 g brown sugar
- 6 cups digestive bran
- 6 tsp bicarb
- 5 large eggs
- 375 ml oil
- 1 litre milk
- 500 g saltanas
- 500 g raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
