- 1 kg cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 200 g smoked sausage, sliced
Method

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the diced onions and sauté until they are translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the chopped cabbage and sauté for about 10 minutes until it softens.

Pour in the vegetable broth and add caraway seeds and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
