  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon butter

    Boil the sweet potatoes in a pot of water for about 20 minutes or until soft. Drain and let cool slightly.
