- 4 medium bell peppers
- 1 cup rice
- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the rice according to package instructions. Set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Mix well.

Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture, pressing it down gently.

Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce over them.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the meat is cooked through.
