Ingredients

• 1 kg beef
• 500 ml marinade
• 1 salt
• 1 pepper
• 3 tbsp spices

Method

1. 1

   Step 1: Prepare the marinade and soak the beef in it for at least 2 hours.

   Step 2: After marinating, cut the beef into slices and season with salt and pepper.

   Step 3: Cook the beef in a pot with the marinade for about 2 hours.
