  • 1 kg chicken breast
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 skewers wooden or metal skewers

Method

    In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

    Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
