  • 2 liters water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 onion whole onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme

    Place the cleaned sheep head in a large pot.
