- 500 grams chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 8 skewers wooden or metal skewers
Method

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, coconut milk, brown sugar, turmeric, coriander, and cumin to create the marinade.

Add chicken strips to the marinade and mix well. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
