  • 8 pieces sardines
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 lemon lemon wedges
  • 1 sprig fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon piri-piri sauce
