Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 cup peas
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 medium pickles
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method

    Boil the potatoes and carrots in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
