- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- 4 skewers wooden or metal skewers

In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
