- 100 grams feta cheese
- 50 grams mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Start by crumbling the feta cheese and shredding the mozzarella cheese in a bowl.

Mix the cheeses together and add black pepper and oregano if using. Stir until combined.

Butter one side of each slice of bread generously.

Place the unbuttered side of one slice down on a skillet over medium heat. Add the cheese mixture on top.
