Ingredients

  • 1 pack Nice biscuits
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pack Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Method

    In a mixing bowl, beat the cream until soft peaks form.

    Add the condensed milk and lemon juice to the whipped cream, then gently fold together until fully combined.

    Crush the Nice biscuits into fine crumbs and layer them at the bottom of a serving dish.
