Ingredients

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 200 g ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until fully dissolved.
