- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup feta cheese

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Add the salt to the boiling water to season it.

Gradually pour the cornmeal into the boiling water while stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
