Ingredients

  • 453.6 g cooked lobster meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 pieces New England-style hot dog buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup celery
