Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground lamb or beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 skewers metal or bamboo skewers

Method

    In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb or beef, grated onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.

    Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and form into thick sausage shapes around the skewers.
