- 500 grams ground lamb or beef
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 4 skewers metal or bamboo skewers

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb or beef, grated onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.
