  • 2 steaks kangaroo fillet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup seasonal vegetables
  • 1 lemon zest and juice

    Remove the kangaroo steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 10 minutes.
