- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cloves garlic

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the whole chicken, ginger, and garlic. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 30-40 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
