Ingredients

  • 4 pieces whole fish (such as hammour or mullet)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 lemon lemons (juiced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 sprigs fresh coriander

Method

    In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, lemon juice, and minced garlic to form a marinade.

    Make diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish to allow the marinade to penetrate deeply.
