- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch, for coating
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 pieces dried red chilies
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

In a bowl, coat the diced chicken with cornstarch and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the coated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
