Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 eggs beaten eggs
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
