  • 8 pieces rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
