- 1 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar together.

Add the warm water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Knead until a smooth dough forms, about 5-7 minutes.
