Savor the delightful experience of homemade Dim Sum, featuring succulent pork belly and tender shrimp wrapped in delicate wonton skins. Perfect for a weekend gathering or a cozy weeknight dinner with loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 200 g pork belly
  • 100 g shrimp
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 pcs Chinese chives
  • 1 cup wonton wrappers
  • to taste g white pepper
  • for steaming g water

Method

    In a bowl, combine the minced pork belly, chopped shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped Chinese chives, and white pepper. Mix well.

    Take a wonton wrapper and place a tablespoon of the filling in the center. Wet the edges with a little water.

    Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a triangle, pressing the edges to seal tightly.

    Prepare your steamer by bringing water to a boil. Place the dumplings in the steamer basket, making sure they are not touching.

    Steam the dumplings for about 5-7 minutes or until the filling is cooked through.
