Ingredients

  • 500 grams crocodile meat
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 4 skewers bamboo skewers

Method

    In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
