- 100 ml heavy cream
- 50 g unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a medium saucepan, gently heat the heavy cream over low heat until it begins to steam, but do not let it boil.

Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Stir until completely melted and smooth.

Add sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the chocolate mixture. Stir until the sugar dissolves and is well incorporated.
