Indulge in a rich and velvety dark chocolate ganache, perfectly balanced with a hint of vanilla and a touch of sea salt. This luxurious treat is ideal for a cozy evening dessert or a special celebration with loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch sea salt

Method

    In a medium saucepan, gently heat the heavy cream over low heat until it begins to steam, but do not let it boil.

    Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Stir until completely melted and smooth.

    Add sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the chocolate mixture. Stir until the sugar dissolves and is well incorporated.

    Pour the chocolate mixture into small molds or ramekins. Let them cool to room temperature.

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
