Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

    Flatten the chicken breasts to about 1.5 cm thick using a meat mallet.
