- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, and salt to create the marinade.
