Indulge in a delightful Berry Meringue Ripple, where luscious blueberries and raspberries dance with creamy vanilla ice cream and crunchy meringues. This enchanting dessert is perfect for a summer evening treat or a cozy weekend gathering.
Blueberry Sauce
What you need
- 200 g blueberries
- 1 splash water

Put the blueberries into a non-stick frying pan with a splash of water and place on high heat for 2 minutes, or until they start to burst and get jammy.
Assembly

- 2 large scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 shop-bought meringues
- 100 g raspberries
- 70 % dark chocolate

Get your ice cream out of the freezer.

Layer the meringues between glasses or bowls, have a nice round scoop of ice cream to each, then spoon over the jammy blueberries and their juices.
