Ingredients

  • 300 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup dashi broth
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 scallions sliced

Method
