  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • to taste salt sea salt
  • to taste pepper black pepper

Method

    Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Season the Barramundi fillets with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
